| St Paul's Knightsbridge Festival Choir, a friendly
and sociable choir of about 80 singers, performs a wide variety of major
works, normally with an orchestra.
- Performances: three concerts a year in St Paul's
Church, Knightsbridge attracting audiences from all over London, as
well as the Church's parishioners.
- Rehearsals: Thursdays 6.30 to 8.30 pm with a break
at 7.30. 48 Emperor's Gate, near Gloucester Road underground station.
- Joining: Sure of an extremely warm welcome. Should
be able to read music. There is a very informal audition.
- History:The Choir has a musical
history going back to the 1930s.
- Conductor: The Choir is under the direction of Richard
Latham, the founder's son, and his assistant is Nicholas Danks.
